Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an extraordinary Assistant Manager with strong business building, sales, and management skills (as evidenced by a track record). As an Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. We’re looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our General Manager with a wide range of store operations. These include customer service, health and wellness education, sales, marketing initiatives, and more. Key Roles of a Restore Assistant Studio Manager

• Assist customers with their wellness goals related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, beauty and general health
• Lead Membership conversion and sales efforts, including lead consultations and client journey follow-up communications
• Track and report on key sales metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure the team does the same
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads
• Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to assist with client and staff-related issues when needed
• Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services
• Build Community partnerships, identify, and execute events
